Located on Route 19 and Route 276 just outside Maggie valley.It is located in the midst of popular tourist attractions.Our well maintained and comfortable rooms have a charming country atmosphere. Please come and enjoy the mountain breezes on our front porch while you watch the Utah Mountain Range and observe horses grazing across the way.

“Fine value”
comfortable place, very green, horses across the highway, air conditioning needed to clear mustiness, easily accessible, good value

“bed bug infestation”
Older motel but fairly well kept. Parking a large pick up is challenging. No microwave and no alarm clock. Got bitten up by bed bugs in room 18. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
“Don't Stay Here”
This was an over-priced, poorly maintained and cleaned room with inadequate facilities. There was unnecessary confusion over my reservation. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
