“Great value and excellent location near train station”
This hotel is very nice for the price. It is located only a couple of blocks from the train to downtown. We have stayed there twice this month and would definately go back. It has your standard continental breakfast and the beds are comfortable. I has free parking and is perfect for season ticket holders that live outside of Charlotte that don't want to pay downtown hotel rates.

We really liked the location and the staff their was really friendly my kiddie r picky eaters they just wished they had more breakfast to choose from.

Hotel was an older hotel and not in best of condition. Room was clean and comfortable for the one night we spent in Charlotte.

“Served its purpose”
We were staying one night for a football game. It was convenient and low cost. It was what I expected. I would only stay there for a night just for a place to sleep. It served its purpose.
“Location could be better, but for what it is, Econo isn't too bad”
Not a bad hotel, the location is a little shady but the room and hotel management were very nice and accomodating. Hallways and room were cold but the heater in the room fixed that fairly quickly.
“Sad but True”
The property is in serious need of upgrades. The furniture is from the 60's. The TV was old and didn't receive many channels. The property also had many of the exterior doors propped open all day and night.

“Decent cheap stay”
Hotel was fine for me, its got some age on the building and rooms but rooms were fairly priced. Im just glad that the girl friend didnt make this trip because I could def see her having problems with the size, condition, and cleanliness of the room.
