“Gross”

The Master's Inn is one of the worst hotel's I have ever stayed in. The floor, walls, chairs, tables and comforter were full of stains and there was some kind of animal defication all over the parking lot. The folks in the room next to us and above us made so much noise we barely slept. The walls are paper-thin. Consider sleeping in your car before staying at this "Inn".

“Disgusting.”

While staying at the Master's Inn in Charleston, I found multiple adult bed bugs in the bed. The next morning, I was covered in bites all over my arms and back. Upon arriving home, I immediately had to wash all of my clothes on high temps. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. I would not recommend staying here.

“Do not stay here!”

I was a single woman staying at this hotel. The receptionist gave me the wrong directions to find my room so I had to drive around a dark parking lot several times to find it. When I got out of my car and went to enter the room there were several men standing in the walkway. I went back out to my car to get my bags and there were several people just walking around in the parking lot, remember that I told you that it was very dark outside....not much lighting. The room had no amenities and was very old and dirty and the walls where so thin I could hear the men staying in the room next to me and those still out in the walkway. I stayed in the room for a total of 30 minutes and decided to leave and find another hotel. This hotel is not clean or what I would consider safe for someone traveling alone or for a family.

“Cheap not value”

This is not an economy motel its a cheap motel. No comp. breakfast and only two sets of towels per room. The reservation was for three in room. Mattress was mushy, tv was o.k. We did not pay less then going rates for economy motels in area.
