Within walking distance of the mall and excellent restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. It is located between very busy roads and there is traffic noise, especially in lower level rooms. Convenient parking and easy access to main roads. This was a very good value!

“Good stay for the price paid...”

Our stay was good, service was very friendly, if you forget your toiletries (like we forgot our toothpaste), the hotel provided it for free. The room was comfortable, the king size bed was really comfy to sleep in, though one thing that did get us was one of the towels seemed to still have a stain mark on it. If you ever find yourself in Charleston, WV this hotel would be one to stay in. All in all it was a good stay.

“Just a little noisy”

Everything at this hotel was great, except this hotel is located next to a major road and we could hear the traffic all through the night. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

“Hotel was a good place to stay”

I usually like to stay at the Embassy Suites when staying in Charleston. But I was able to get such a good deal on flight and hotel with Expedia, I stayed at this hotel. I knew that I would not be in room that much and was not to concerned. When I arrived I was pleasantly suprised. The hotel staff was very efficent and pleasant, the room was very clean and inviting and the overall hotel was well maintained. The convenience of the hotel to the downtown area was nice.

Room was clean. the free buffet breakfast was excellent. Coveniently located next to the Charleston Civic Center and Town Center Mall. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Only down side was it is located close to two busy highways and there is some road noise at times.

“Proximate to the Airport”

The hotel was well maintained with a clean room. It was a short, 10-minute shuttle ride to the airport which was my main reason for staying there.

“What I expected”

This hotel was not great, but it was definitely acceptable. The rooms seem a little dated and the hotel is doing some renovation. However, it was nice and quiet, a good breakfast, and I got a good nights sleep which was the most important thing to me.
