“Charleston is AWESOME!”

I just have one complaint, why don't they have exhaust fans in the bathroom?

Quiet, comfortable, adequate breakfast, and the evening chocolate chip cookies and decaf were great!

“Worked for us...”

Very comfortable room & bed. The only noticeable item that distracted me was the AC unit - a little on the noisy side. Hot breakfast made for an easy to get started morning.

“Good Alternative”

Have been traveling and exploring Charleston for 12 years and have stayed at many different hotels. Found the price and room well worth the extra drive, and parking free. Good option to consider.

“Never Again”

A king bed was not available as we were told. We were told the wrong room number of our traveling friends which was embarrassing. Our bed was very uncomfortable with little room to move around it on one side. On the second day the bed was not made. When I tried to discuss some issues with the desk supervisor she was belittling and rude. I would never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
