The front desk person was gone and left us standing at an unattended desk for 15 minutes waiting to check in while she was outside smoking. The pool is not used and area is just used to store junk. There is no breakfast even though online it says it serves breakfast. The side door to entry has a locking card pad but it is not used and the door is unlocked all the time. The neighborhood is terrible. Very sketchy to say the least. I wouldn't have stayed there is I hadn't already paid for it ahead of time when I booked online.

Good coffee but no breakfast at all. Listing said continental breakfast was included but there was none. Room was clean but common areas looked run down. Lots of bikers at odd hours in the night woke me up. Lots of people smoking right outside the front door. On check in, the whole property smelled strongly of weed. All in all probably average for a $50/night hotel, but VERY disappointed about no breakfast. Had I known that I would've stayed elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. We stayed on the 2nd floor , we had pets. Stairs were dirty the whole floor smelled like cigarettes smoke. Everything in our room had cigarette burn marks on it. The grounds outside had garbage everywhere. The lower outside exit door didnt even lock. As far as clean it was for what they had to work with. Management was friendly and polite. I think the whole hotel is geared more for live in's. We only spent one night so we got what we paid for. I would not suggest taking kids.

This hotel was horrible! The back door was left unlocked and unmonitored all the time. We found bed bugs in our room. When we asked for a refund, we were told we had to get it from Expedia because that’s who booked the room through. Horrible, would never recommend.

Nothing unique except maybe the cochroach that I killed in the bathroom. The motel smelled of smoke in the room and hallways. The backdoor into the motel never was locked. I couldn't believe it was a choice motel. The staff was very nice in spite of everything . I will never stay there again.

Terrible tv remote didn’t work refrigerator sounds like a train 4 different times in two days had to get room keys reprogrammed other than location to my sons house would never stay there again

My truck broke down on the way and I couldn’t make the stay. I called to make a cancellation and the hotel would not help me. They had no sympathy or consideration for my situation. It was no we’re charging you anyway they did not offer any other option to be helpful That’s it!

Get what you pay for. Pretty nasty. Charge extra for using a credit card which wasn't mentioned. It's better than sleeping outside, but not by much.

The hotel itself was fine. Clean room and comfortable. I was, however, double charged for the room. I had made the reservation with one card and asked the charges be put on another card. They charged both cards. Still waiting for the $50 depost return on one card and the amount charged on my other card to be refunded too.

Found multiple stains on the sheets. Also found what was clearly smeared blood in two spots above the toilet paper dispenser. When I showed the front desk clerk that pictures of issues found I received this response “the sheets are clean, those are just stains.” No offer to replace the sheets or switch rooms. No resolution. I then had to ask him to go to the room to clean up the smeared blood above the toilet paper. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the worst experience and then worst customer service I’ve ever run across. I’ll never stay at a Rodeway Inn again.

The location was convenient to where we were doing things in the area. The room seemed clean, but the hallways and room really smelled like smoke. If you don't mind that, it was a fine stay. Staff was not exactly rude, but was not the usual level of friendly you might find in the hospitality business. Lots of hallway noise in the morning. Even for the low price, I would have expected more from the stay.
