“Great Hotel for a stay in Cardiff.”

This is truely avery good hotel. The rooms/beds are superb and the spacius and very clean public rooms are a pleasure. The reception staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is fantastic; ony 10 minutes away from the beautiful Cardiff Bay restauant area and 5 minutes from the Red Dragon Centre. My only downside is the way breakfast was organised. Well meaning but shambolic is the best description. I am sure that the Hotel Manager would not be too happy with the arrangements. Details of breakfast arrangements/costs/menue are not to found anywhere in the hotel/hotel bedroom/or on their website. That's not good. However the breakfast area is bright and comfortable.

“Great hotel and friendly staff”

Great value for money. Air con in the room was a life saver as it was very hot when we stayed. The corridors were really warm for some reason but the rooom got lovely and cool with the air con. Room was clean, spacious and had little extras such as toiletries, tea/coffee. Even had an ice bucket where u could help yourself to ice from the machine on the 1st floor. There were wine glasses in the room too, winner! Hotel is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Breakfast seemed pricey at £9 each so we gave it a miss and ate at subway not too far away. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

“Ideal location for a weekend break”

The first impression may be of a budget hotel, but this soon disappears. Though the rooms are on six floors, the wait for a lift is short, even at busy times. The rooms are a really good size, and the Canadian beds are massive and very comfortable. Working space and lighting are good too, and the wifi is simple to connect, free and fast. Once you work out the interesting loo/bathroom door arrangements - one door, two door frames - the facilities there are spotless and adequate. Rooms on the N facing side tend to be quieter than on the S, the latter being above a dual carriageway and roundabout. The food is far better than might be thought..... not at all boil-in-bag fare. And the location makes for a brief walk to the Wales Millennium Centre for operas etc, or to the many facilities and eateries of the Cardiff Bay area. Frequent buses leave from the WMC for the city centre. We have used this hotel many times and go back very happily. Almost fifty years ago I worked in the steelworks that was on the site. It's a great deal better these days!

“Excellent value for money!”

Check-in was polite, straight forward and efficient, our rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, and it was a short, easy walk to the vibrant bay area. We thought the hotel was fantastic value for money and would definitely stay there again. Well done Future Inns!

“brilliant hotel for every one”

The moment I got into the hotel, I was welcomed nicely so that gave me a good impression of the hotel, also staff are so friendly and helpful. In addition, the quality of rooms in term odd cleaning and services. I'm really pleased with that.finally, checking out process is not complicated, so you don't need to pay extra cost a part of what you ordered during your stay. I strongly will recommend future inn hotel to others I know. Thanks future inn and your staff

“Very comfortable with excellent service”

A very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the housekeeper who looked after our room was adaptable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you, we will be back.
