I would not recommend this property. When I called them the gal was very rude. Walking in our room had almost an old smell or like a smokey smell that was being covered up. Wallpaper was all peeling away and bubbled up. The bathroom floor was dirty. Light bulbs were a mix of white and yellow so not good lighting. The "white" hair dryer was so discolored, almost yellow. Dogs barking down the hall. Noise above. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs were runny, sausage undercooked. biscuits and gravy....the biscuits were cold, literally - like out of the fridge. They advertise a bar which doesn't appear it's been open for some time.

Angie,Sorry to hear that you had problems. I understand about the wall paper but the rest of the problems I don't understand why you never called the front desk staff. We would of came up and checked it out and moved you. Our breakfast food is precooked and it would of been heated up to serve. We have great reviews about our hotel food. The dog barking if you would of called down to front desk we would call the room to make sure someone is with pet. I know you asked for a late check out and the staff gave you till noon. Sorry and hope to see you back again. Please understand we are here for you.

Had trouble getting tv to work, both last night and then this a..m., when I like watching the news with my coffee. We had to wait until the maintenance person came on duty to fix it again. This is ridiculous. At least have instructions in the room for the tv. The hotel was not busy, but we were next to a room where the people were really loud. Walls pretty thin. We could hear the guy burping and snoring. If the hotel isn't busy, couldn't people be spread out a bit?? On a positive note, the breakfast was very good.

Paula,Sorry to hear you had trouble with your tv. I have contacted the company to come see if there is a problem. We get lots of rooms booked and have not had a problem with noise complaints. I not sure if you requested first floor but in the future if you need real quite room ask for 3rd. I'm not sure why you could hear everything from the room next door. Hope to see you back again.

The breakfast is really good. They have a great variety. I really like this hotel. My only complaints are the noise. The doors on the rooms slam when they close. This can be fixed. The people talk really loud and run in the hallways without any regard to the time of day. This cannot be fixed. I guess people are rude everywhere.

The employees were all very friendly. Our room was very neat and clean. It was very quiet. The breakfast choice was wonderful and delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet was very short. Not real comfortable for a tall person with back problems. Other then that one issue it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay their again.

The first time we checked into had poop splattered around the toilet from a previous tenant. The front desk let us change rooms. The second room appeared clean. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a hot tub, but it was “out of order.“ Breakfast was not good. The eggs were slimy. The waffle mix was very watery. If this was our first stay at this facility, we would not return. We have stayed here once before and that trip was wonderful. We will try this hotel again.

We arrived around midnight after a long day of driving. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and confortable. I will say the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and really needs to be redone, but everything else was good. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. I would recommend if you don't need anything extravagant.
