This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Easy access with free parking in the public car park over the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable although there can be some road noise when the windows are open. The food in the hotel is excellent - both substantial buffet breakfasts and evening meals. A good base from which to see lots of Andorra - just a few minutes walk to the nearest cable car. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it as an in expensive, value for money option.
Perfect for our family ski trip, right on the slopes free parking, great bar and restaurant will definitely stay again.
Food was great both breakfast and evening meals, as was the rooms. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely and friendly.

Our family stayed in this hotel 5 days. That was very good staying. We had very late check-in and thankfully other reviews I knew about green box over reception desk with the room keys )) In the morning we found out that microwave oven doesn't work, but when we came back from ski slopes oven was changed.
In the room we very liked panoramic window with mountains view.

My husband and our two children have just returned from a stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff there are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the facilities are extensive and well maintained, the food in the restaurant is excellent and although fairly small, our room was very comfortable. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money; we'll definitely be going back.

This is a basic hotel but it was clean and comfortable. Don't expect 5 star accommodation but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food, albeit without frills, it was plentiful and good. A bit like home cooking.
Probably the warmest hotel I have ever stayed.
The rooms could do with a lick of paint.
Andorra's northeastern parish, Canillo is linked to France via a main thoroughfare, and to Grandvalira--Andorra's largest ski resort--via a gondola. Canillo is home to the beautiful San Joan de Caselles church, a Romanesque stone structure dating from the 12th century.
