Honeymoon Program

Honeymooners staying at Grand Oasis Cancún, Sens del Mar, Oasis Cancún, Grand Oasis, and Oasis Palm will receive a complimentary upgrade to suite accommodations (where available) or best possible accommodation (based on advance request and subject to availability); a bottle of sparkling wine in their room; and one free night on their first anniversary's return trip (minimum five-night stay) to the same hotel. Anniversary trip includes room category upgrade and bottle of sparkling wine.

Reservations for the anniversary trip must be made via the same tour operator and for the original plan purchased. Anniversary trip requires minimum five-night stay.

At time of booking, when indicating traveler and room preferences, guests must enter "Honeymooners" in the Special Requests box to receive this promotion.

Oasis Runaway Program

Guests staying at Oasis Cancun can enjoy facilities at a partner resort for the day, including access to all food and beverage outlets, at no additional cost.

All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) at their hotel of the date and time they plan to visit a companion hotel.

Oasis Cancún All-Inclusive resort offers 959 guestrooms in a six-story building styled after a Mayan pyramid. Rooms feature ground-floor patios or upper-floor balconies furnished with two chairs. Views include expansive grounds and gardens, the Caribbean Sea, or Nichupté Lagoon between Cancún Island and the mainland. Newly refurbished rooms feature earth-toned walls and Mexican touches throughout, offering minimalistic furnishings and updated bathrooms with shower/tub combinations.

Dining

The majority of meals and beverages, plus all gratuities, at the following restaurants, snack spots, and bars are included in the room rate for this resort (scroll up to the All-Inclusive Details section for more information).

No reservations are required; dress code is casual but hotel policy bans bare feet and the wearing of wet clothes at all eating venues except snack bars. A mariachi trio plays Mexican music and strolls from restaurant to restaurant each evening.

Tunkul and Tatish - Air-conditioned buffet restaurant serving international buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Includes Tatish Deli which is open for snacks and deli items.

Sarape - Casual open-air spot under thatched-roof palapa with rustic bamboo furniture and Tex-Mex a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Live Mexican music.

Steakhouse Tunkul - Open for dinner. Serving traditional steak house cuisine with a Caribbean flair.

Trattoria Tatish - Pizzas, pastas, and traditional Italian dishes for à la carte lunch and dinner.

Dos Lunas – White-linen service in open-air thatched roof palapa with colorful Mexican decor. À la carte service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mediterranean cuisine.

Sushi Bar Akeru - Asian flavors in a Caribbean atmosphere, with sushi and sashimi. Open from noon until late afternoon.

Las Hamacas Snack Bar and Sands Snack Bar - Both serve snacks on the beach.

Asian Lounge Tunkul - Relaxing lounge with an Asian flair open for lunch and dinner.

Sports Bar Tatish - Variety of snacks available throughout the afternoon and all night long.

“Like a dreaming!”

Very nice hotel, everything well cared, first room was wrong, booking was for a king bed, got a two double bed, my complaints were not enough but local expedia agent intervened and got our booked room next day, thanks, after that went like a dream.

“Best service!”

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed at Oasis for a weekend. We had the best time! The rooms are not huge but they are comfortable for 4 ladies to sleep and get ready in. We had a problem with our shower drain clogging the first day and they came up immediately and fixed the shower with no problem. The staff is super fun and they were always willing to get us whatever we needed to have a great time. If you go ask for Ruben in the Ibiza bar he is the best bartender ever!!! The place was clean and we saw them scrub the cement around the pools every morning. The food was good not the best food ever but good enough to keep you full. For the price you get everything and more you would need to have a relaxing time. I would totally go back and stay here again!

“Got more than I expected to”

Excellent! they made us feel great! we went for our 20th. anniversary and they surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberies as a room welcome, also they gave us a special romantic dinner table all well decorated with fresh petals, ligths and drinks, the food is delicious, great service and also they have beautiful gardens and pools to take pictures, entertainment was so good too!, live mariachi and bands, espectacular shows; we really had a unforgeatable time!

YOU HAVE TO VISIT XCARET, XPLOR, CHICHEN-ITZA I REALLY RECOMMENDEND THEM.

“First anniversary vacation”

We truly enjoyed out time here. Our only complaint was the temperature of the breakfast buffet food. Otherwise, we loved it all! The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating.

“would go back”

loved it, would go back for sure i hated the bathroom in the room i stayed in it needs a make over, the food was not that great some days but we enjoyed it.
