“Will be going back next time we are in Calgary.”

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed in this hotel. The breakfasts are very delicious. We like staying in this hotel because it is very clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly and courteous. The area is great because it is convenient to everyone and everything we are in Calgary to see.

“Value for money”

Convenient , comfortable hotel with great staff and service. Rooms are clean and well looked after, basic buffet breakfast is filling and adequate. For: rates are reasonable, rooms are clean with wi fi availability, helpful staff and good proximity to Ctrain stop, basic fitness centre but with weights/press facility. Against: walls are thin, adjacent car park is loud, carpets etc dated, no pool or sauna

Getting around

C train is best and cheapest way to get about - most locals are prepared to advise and tell you how it works, just ask.

“JUST O.K”

Just O.K. We were given a smoking room with a 3 year old???????????.( we did not say anything I don't like confrontation) we opened the window and went about our sightseeing and the room seemed fine when we returned. The second day the room was well aired out as I'm sure they realized we were not smoking. There was only one staff member/ housekeeping that greeted us in the morning at the continental breakfast, very nice girl, did not get her name sorry.We stayed here because my daughter had stayed there last year and the staff was wonderful, will think twice next year.

University area is nice as it is close to Banff etc.

“Good, if cheapest of the cheap is what you're looking for.”

“Trip to Calgary for Employment interview”

We found that for the price we paid, this hotel could not have got any better. Everyone working within the hotel was so friendly and simply went out of their way to make us welcome. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

“A Surprising Experience”

The outside of the property does not due justice to the quality of service within. Have tried 3 other hotels in this area and this is the first one I would return to.

“Comfortable & Clean”

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was antiquate. Very close to the C train and McManon Stadium.

“Will come back”

I will choose this hotel again because of the location. The hotel is close to C-Train; I can go downtown or other location easily, with a maximum of 1 transfer. As a visitor, I am not familiar with local public transit. C-Train is the best choice. i do not have to worry taking wrong bus and get to a wrong place. Secondly, the hotel books airport shuttle bus for customers. I do not have to worry about going to or from the airport. The only complaint i have is the furniture is old.
