“Smokey”

We requested a non-smoking room and it said it was a non-smoking room on the door but every time we went inside it smelled like stale smoke. They should have been able to spray febreeze or something to make it smell better. Also it was a loft room which means it was two levels, it was kind of cool except walking up and down every time you needed the bathroom got old. It was good if there was more than two of you. Rooms were clean but pretty beat up. We had a little kitchen and the microwave was 23 years old! Free breakfast was a bonus.

“It was clean the staff were very nice.”

The staff were great. We went to the breadfast room late and the staff let us have breakfast anyway they were really nice. The hotel was clean and I would go there again. No problem.

Area recommendations
We went for shopping so we went to Burlington and all surrounding areas.

We went shopping to all the stores. I love the Chistmas tree shop and of course we always visit J.C. Penny and Kohl's
Dining
Never miss an opportunity to go to Applebee's. If you get the chance go to Ponderosa also.

“Friendly and Clean”

Upon check in I was informed that my room was upgraded to a jacuzzie room. Nice! I found the room very clean and well maintained. I like a lot of light and there were plenty of lamps in all the right places. Free wifi was good and the hotel was very close to the highway, so getting into town was quick and easy. I would be happy to stay there again. The pool was a nice suprise!

“Old, needs update badly”

The room is inconvient with stairs unavoidable. Lights, lamps, not working. HVAC inconvient as it is only controlled from level 1

“Can't wait to go back!!!!!!”

The only bad thing about it, its that i only went for the week-end. If i go back, definitely i'm staying at the same hotel.

“Nothing fancy, but adequate.”

An older building without recent updates. -However, staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and breakfast was adequate. The price was right for my budget!

“Good value for the money”

We stayed in the loft which we found very convenient.Bedroom upstairs with hidea bed downstairs .Lots of room with mini kitchen although no knife,fork,or bottle opener in site.Lots of parking and nice selection for continental breakfast in morning.It's not the ritz but we felt good value for the money,nice staff and we would definitely stay there again.

Very close to Burlington,Vermont which is a beautiful vibrant city.University town.
