“Not bad for the price”

Location is great on the strip, a few places to eat and shop in walking distance. Rooms could use updating. It's the first place I've stayed in a long time that didn't have a hair dryer in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just waffles and cereal. Some fruit would have been nice. Wifi only in the lobby.

Have stayed there multiple times over the years and will use again. Good location on the hwy 76 strip.

“Fine”

The hotel was fine, clean but nothing fancy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was average - waffles, toast, cereal. Hotel is on the main, very busy street of Branson and on a very steep hill. Traffic is terrible during the weekends, but not too bad during the weekdays. (We were there Labor Day.) Hotel is in a great location if you're interested in walking to area restaurants/attractions.

“Not impressed with the Melody Lane Inn”

Air conditioner in first room did not work, and room smelled bad. Air conditioner in replacement room was loud. Front office staff was rude.

Only 1 working ice machine, breakfast was bare minimum

Hotel is older hotel some furniture needs updating, but for the price and location it was fine. The website said make your own waffle...there was only juice coffee toast pkgs of oatmeal and donuts. I was disappointed! If they changed the breakfast I would return!

“Not as clean as a hotel room should be.”

The floors were dirty, and there were stains on the towels. Paint was chipping off the bathroom walls and door. A light bulb was burnt out next to the bed. You could see daylight through the bottom of the door. The window unit was either HOT or freezing. There was hardly any water pressure in the tiny shower. The beds were very short and not very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the service was nice.

“Branson's bargain motel”

Good value for the money. Heater fan was extremely noisy. Nice free breakfast.

“Could be better”

Initial impression of motel complex was inviting, but room smelled musty, and exsposed concrete block walls were very unattractive. It was like sleeping in someone's basement or garage. Aired room out by opening door and allowing fan to blow. When we came back it was better. Shower was good, and bed not bad. Info in room said breakfast was at one time, while it turned out to be half an hour later, so we did not stick around to sample the food. Not the best experience we have had in Branson.
