“Great choice”
Very friendly staff. Exceeded our expectations. Morning breakfast was okay.
“WILL BE OUR 1ST CHOICE WHEN WE VISIT BRANSON”
ENJOYED OUR STAY...EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT !!
“Good Hotel with great service”
I liked this place because it was clean, friendly staff plus the location was not directly on the strip.
“Our first trip to Branson.”
We were very impressed with the friendliness of your staff and will definately go back.
“Not sure we'll return.”
We typically stay at another hotel but chose to stay at Barrington Hotel & suites because they had an indoor pool. However, we found the pool to not be an asset as it was too cold to be in it. We had read this in other reviews but didn't listen and were disappointed with this feature of the hotel. The hotel overall was very clean and staff were very friendly. It's too bad that they don't use the indoor pool as an added bonus and actually heat it to a comfortable temperature. In hindsight we will return to hotels that we've stayed at in the past which are closer to the main strip and local attractions.
“Nice place”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The decor was very modern and the beds and pillows were comfy. We will be staying here again.
“For a nights stay, I had no serious negatives”
The staff as a whole were average, not exactly very friendly, certainly not rude - just nothing above average. The maintenance man had to be called for a problem that was fixed in just a few minutes, and he was very nice and helpful. If you want to print out your boarding pass on the lobby comp's printer you're requested to pay 10 cents for a sheet of paper. If I were in management at this establishment, I'd remove that in a heartbeat. But over all, it's an OK place and I'm sure you won't have any major negative feelings about it. Price, very good.
“"Perfect Pick"”
I will, without a doubt, choose this hotel next time my family visits Branson. This hotel was VERY clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was very convienent. And best of all, the price was WAY worth it!! The conteniental breakfast was way more than we could have asked for. I am so glad I listened to all the great reviews about this hotel. Can't wait to stay again!!
“Very Impressed!”
First time staying there and i have to say that i was impressed! The staff was friendly and helpful. We got there before check in but they managed to get our rooms so we can check in. The pool and hot spa was great as the kids had a great time. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. A little off the main strip but that didn't matter as it was easy to get in and out. We would stay there again!
“I would recommend, but reluctantly”
This hotel is decent, that's about it. The one thing that drew me to it was that the decor was more up to date, not the outdated, antique attempts I have seen in some of the other hotels in the area. However, everything else was just okay. The front desk reps weren't the most customer-service oriented staff, the breakfast had canned fruit but not fresh, and the walls were thin. I was woken up by a senior citizens' group at 5:30 in the morning, and I had the fan unit on. Additionally, I don't particularly care to hear other individuals' conversations just because they are in their bathroom and I am in mine at the same time. I would recommend this hotel if someone did not want to spend their money on the Hilton or the Marriott (the Marriott, incidentally, was booked the night I stayed here and I was not able to extend my reservation with them), and I would let them know they would need a noise blocker to sleep.
