Europeapartments offers 9 accommodations with CD players and safes. These individually furnished accommodations include desks. Select Comfort beds feature premium bedding. Accommodations at this 3.5-star property have kitchens with full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.
In-room wired and wireless high-speed Internet access is available for a surcharge. 106-cm plasma televisions come with satellite channels and TV Internet access (surcharge). Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and windows that open. Hypo-allergenic bedding, irons/ironing boards, and extra towels/bedding can be requested. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in February 2010.

“Lovely apartment but NOT in Mitte”
This apartment itself was lovely, massive amount of space,clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. There were however problems, the first is the location. I booked this hotel believing it is in Mitte, it is not. It is in Wedding which is about 5 u bahn stops from Mitte. It is not a bad area and is very near the u bahn station, so if you don't mind being a bit out of things then go for it. The second problem was the neighbours. Not sure whether they live there all the time but we were woken up at 4am each night with a man screaming at the top of his voice, throwing things around and the woman crying, this went on for about an hour each time. Overall, a great apartment but the location and the neighbours put us off..
“Excellent value for money”
We rented two appartments. They weren't ready when we arrived but cleaner was apologetic and it was soon sorted. Not perfect - ironing board but no iron for example. But apart from that they were spotless and really comfortable. Be aware that there is a final clean charge which is not mentioned when booking through Expedia. In spite of this we felt they were excellent value. Neighbourhood was fine with very helpful staff at local shop. Convenient for public transport. We would stay again.

Not the BEST neighbourhood, but I found it convenient to the subway etc. and I thought the apartment had a lot of character. Great bathroom, decent kitchen and a HUGE living/bedroom area. Only thing missing was a couch. Just had one small chair, desk, and beds. Overall I liked it.

Schöne Wohnung in Wedding, leider sehr schlechte W Lan Anbindung. Nah an U Bahn, S bahn gelegen. Für unsere Zwecke absolut ausreichend.

“Für Kurzaufenthalt gut.”
Diese ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage ist angenehm für einen kurzen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, die Heizung funktioniert gut. Es gibt jedoch wenig Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung u.ä. Irritiert hat vor allem, dass in der "komplett eingerichteten Küche", erst auf Nachfrage zwei funktionierende Herdplatten bereitgestellt wurden (dies allerdings sofort). Die Suche nach Kochbesteck, -utensilien (außer Töpfen), Geschirrtüchern usw. war jedoch ergebnislos. Für ein schnelles Frühstück oder zum Aufwärmen von Fertiggerichten o.k., wer richtig kochen möchte, ist hier nicht wirklich gut aufgehoben.

L'appartamento aveva tutto quanto potesse servire .... tranne la pulizia. Se oltre a cambiare il lenzuolo avessero cambiato anche il copripiumone sarebbe stata una bella cosa.
“sauber und angemessenes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis”
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Betten i.O. und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel prima (5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn). Etwas anstrengend ist die Lage im 4.OG - ohne Aufzug. Da überlegt man schon, ob man morgens frische Brötchen vom Bäcker möchte. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung in Nähe der U-Bahnen vorhanden. Das Haus liegt zwar in einer Nebenstraße, aber doch in einer Großstadt, da fährt auch nachts mal ein Auto durch. Insgesamt war es aber nicht übermäßig laut, wir konnten gut schlafen.
