10min from Phrom Phon St. and 15min walk from Asok St. Location is good. Hot water is not plenty, just enough. And wifi password is only 1or2 devices/room. It is not enough.

What a let down
We have used this hotel 4 times in the past without any great problems , and am very disappointed with how it has declined.We arrived early but was told the room was being prepared for 2pm (ok no problem) at 2 it was still not ready and after the longest check in period ever finally got to our room, omg awful, 2 gratis water bottles missing ,shower nearly impossible to use due to corrosion of the workings,opened the safe to find it in bits inside ,wires everywhere,tv not working it goes on... after a wait of over an hour a so called technician came and fiddled about with the tv for ages not having a clue.after another half hour we where offered another room which was ok but very uncared for.Obviously the original room hadn't been checked over,very poor service ,was told breakfasts where not available any more as there wasn't the guests to justify it( i can understand that).What a shame ,this hotel changed hands and has been left to its own devices.i wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. I kind of booked because of the nice pool, but when I asked about it the person at the reception just laughed and said it looks nothing like that now. And it didn’t. This hotel should not be listed as four stars, maybe three.

Poor customer service
As the COVID-19 issue got worse, the hotel decided they needed to save money. At night, they turned off all the lights outside for the rooms. It was pitch black trying to find your way from the room to the elevator if you were leaving before the sun came up, or returning after the sun set. I complained to the front desk, but they said management needs to save money and the lights must be turned off. I guess customer safety does not matter to save A little money. Also, they shut down one of two elevators to save money.

The place was nice enough but in a sketch neighbourhood. If you are after the seedy side of town then here is your area. The hotel was nice enough apart from a not fully working ac unit

Pictures much better then actual hotel.
Was greeted by multiple cockroaches throughout both nights. First night savings grace was nice towels, however second night given greyed, thread bare towels. There are much better values in this area. Stay away!

I stayed in this hotel a few months ago and saw that they were trying to restore the place but very minimal for the poor condition it was in. Staff at that time was helpful and pleasant. Which made it slightly better. This time around, the new staff (Thai) were horrible. Only one Indian staff was really professional about handling things. The Thai front desk staff should be sacked with the way they behave totally unbefitting a hotelier. EXAMPLE I told them about the crooked tv mount they said to tilt your head to watch. Would u stay here?

I got a very good price which made the hotel excellent value. or the price, everything was very good with one exception – the air-conditioning didn't bring the temperature down properly so the room was always hotter than I would have liked.

Reception area looks five and good service from the staff there, when we got to the room it was dated and needing repainted. The TV didn’t work, the air conditioning was noisy and hard to control and got too cold at night. The bathroom was extremely dated with some sort of liner covering the tiles to waterproof the area, the toilet was leaking water and stained the floor and smelt too. The shower was difficult to use and wouldn’t give hot, just warm water. nd the shower curtain and ceiling had mildew.

Horrible wifi and NOTHING like the photos
NOTHING like the photos. Old beat up rooms, pool wasn't working and under renovation. Rooms need a serious renovation. Internet and wifi horrible. Guest are mostly from India and Pakistan, full of dodgy taxis right outside the hotel. Reception people not friendly and can barely speak English!!!!
