The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The view was amazing. It's an older hotel but clean. The problems were you have to pay extra to park your car there in quite a weird lot on the 2nd floor. They promise Wi-Fi and coffee, but the Wi-Fi doesn't work and there was a coffee carafe in the lobby on the ground floor but no coffee in it. The man behind the counter saw us heading for it turned around and left the room. So not very impressed. Next time I think we will just spend the extra money to stay at the Tropicana.

This hotel is very close to the boardwalk however I did not get to experience walking on the boardwalk because of the weather ! The first room I was given upon arrival was not up to par so I requested to go to another room which was provided. The view made it a tad bit better. Parking is not free. I seriously doubt staying at this hotel again.

Upon checking in, we were told there was a $30 PER NIGHT PARKING FEE in addition to our room charge. There is very limited parking to begin with. You have 5floors of rooms and not even 20parking spaces. Room was filthy, huge stain on the carpet when you walked in that you couldn’t tell if it was blood or poop because the carpet was green. We were on a non smoking floor and it still wreaked of cigarettes. The carpet was so nasty and filthy you don’t dare take your shoes off and you wear your socks to bed.The desk was sticky and had not been wiped down, the chairs were stained and ripped. It was awful. From the time we checked in until we left we heard nothing but noise! The people next door you could hear every word, every laugh, every sneeze, every time they opened a door or closed it and their tv. Then when house keeping came in at 8-9am, a gentlemen from the front desk was in there yelling and throwing stuff! It was nothing but miserable the whole stay.

I think they need to take up the carpet. The parking should be free. If your staying at the hotel it should be not cost for parking especially if you’re not offering breakfast. It’s cheaper to park at Tropicana Hotel especially if you’re a card member. The view was great at night and Morning sunrise.

This place was the worse. Old and outdated. Smell moldy. Broken ice machine. No continental breakfast that was advertised. They didn’t tell you on the site that you had to pay for parking $30 a day on Friday and Saturday. And $20 on Thursday.. The clerk attendant cut out room cards off when we went out to eat dinner..When we questioned him as to why he said he thought we had left. I don’t know . how when we didn't leave with any suitcases. Very weird. Never will stay there again.We left a.day early and we made reservation for 2 days.. we losted put onnone day. Horrible stay and service. .

The property itself was quiet, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We went on the offseason so I am not sure if that would have made a difference. I liked that there was no smoking throughout the building. One thing I did not realize was the location was at the far end of the boardwalk and the area was very eh, not the hotels fault of course, and also the parking was limited.

Whole place needs updating. Parking is a mess and terribly expensive. Towels are paper thin. No hairdryer. Best I can say is it’s right at the Boardwalk but that’s not enough.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE CHEAPER PRICE COMPARED TO THE CASINOS IS NOT WORTH IT. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING HAPPENING FROM THE ROOMS NEXT TO YOURS, ABOVE YOURS, AND BELOW YOUR ROOM. THE WALLS AND FLOORS ARE PAPER THIN. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER AND I STAYED AT A MOTEL IN WEST VIRGINIA FOR THREE DAYS AND THAT WAS BETTER THAN THIS HOTEL. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE.
