Nice hotel but Rude Staff

Posted 02-Apr-2015
Pros: The price and the clean room
Cons: The staff!!!!
Location: Too far from Atlanta
The hotel was nice but definitely could tell you were near a big city. Check in and hotel manager were short with me during check-in. Definitely would not stay here again, despite the fact the price was right and the hotel was nice

Bestes Hotel/Motel in Preis Leistung in Decatur

Posted 20-Feb-2015
Pros: Personal, Preis-Leistung
Cons: Für mein nächsten Aufenthalt ein kleines Upgrade hihi ;-)
Location: Es liegt Fussläufig (ca. 5 min.) vom Zentrum in Decatur entfernt.

Don't do it

Posted 19-Feb-2015
Pros: NOTHING. It wasn't close to anything, no restaurants, no service.
Cons: Everything
Location: Nothing
Wish I could say something nicer, but this was a nasty place. The woman who checked us in kept taking phone calls instead of dealing with the pre-paid guests in front of her. She was rude and not helpful at all. The room was adequate, nothing more. We wanted a late check-out, and she just said no. Will NOT go back!

The manager wanted to give the last room to another guest even I had a reservation. He said that guest walked in first.

Not a bad part of town and a easy drive to downtown or close to Marta

Comfortable Business Trip Accomodations

Posted 27-Jan-2015 on Hotels.com
My room was comfortable and quiet; which allowed me to study undisturbed. The location is convenient to grocery and shopping stores, restaurants and public transportation; which makes for a very affordable long-term stay.

You get what you pay for!

Posted 20-Jan-2015
Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: See review above.
Location: Had great breakfast at Rise n' Dine in Emory Village - best breakfast my daughter and I ever had, as a matter of fact. Worth the short wait.
With the mostly okay reviews, I decided to stay here with my daughter for a visit to Emory. We got in at 10 PM and already the lobby was locked so we had to do check in through a security window. Doesn't impart a good feeling - were we checking into a high-crime hotel? Room was about as expected for the price ($72). Breakfast made me sad, as did the fitness room, with an elliptical machine that was falling apart and a cheap and worn-down treadmill. Room was okay - decorated on a shoestring budget but clean enough, despite an ink stain on the bedspread. Water stains on the ceiling in two places. Bathroom fan squealed like a stuck pig at first, but calmed down once it was on for 10 minutes. One bar of soap in the room to share between bath and sink. Didn't try the TV, but it was a small flat screen. Worst of all, on three separate occasions during the night, I heard loud talking and hollering outside my room - at 3:49 AM when drunken/high men were just getting in, at 5:15 AM (random conversation), and then at 6:30 AM (when leaving very loudly). Not much the hotel can do about this, but it does give an idea of the type of guests that frequent the place. Don't cheap out like I did - find another place to stay.
