ya pay for what you get i guess....
small rooms.no fitted sheets on our bed.smelled bad.cig buts under the bed.id stay again but it would have to b alot cheaper

This hotel is an awful experiance.
When I arrived for check in at 4 p.m. I was told by a rude desk clerk that I called to cancel my reservation and she talked to me herself. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told the same thing. She was rude and told me they talked to me and I cancelled. I was told that I could re-book for a higher fee, but I already paid for the room, so I did not want to do that. I did not get to check into the room until after 9 p.m. I was still charged almost an extra $200. The room was not horrible, but the housekeeping was. They called everyday early in the morning to ask did I want housekeeping. I said yes, but they did not come until late in the afternoon, and only replaced the towels and made the bed. Nothing more.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!
The lobby was so nice....but it stops there! One of the beds was not on a real bed frame, it was on a made up wood put together frame.....we went to a local Wal-Mart to but lysol and bleach to disinfect the room, it smelled stale, it was stains on the sheets we purchase our own from Wal-Mart as well. They claimed they did not have our reservation so we had to pay again! We had to PLUG the air conditioner in and UNPLUG it when we wanted to use it. And please lets not talk about the pool. The only good thing was the WAFFLE HOUSE is right across the street they have GREAT FOOD, but this review is about so call AMERICAS BEST. The location is not that bad, but once again it was not the BEST. If your desperate to lay your head down for the night then say your prayers and go ahead, but i would suggest to stay at a WELL KNOWN hotel.
