We stay here every year. This year, the front desk person was not pleasant. Why am I being told no rooms are available, yet they are available online? If you’re working, the front desk, you need people skills! The breakfast was lousy and hot tub was dirty! Could not turn it on because you needed a pliers to turn it on! What an absolute bait and switch! Confirmed a suite and was told “sorry, no pull out bed. This is all we have”. The pictures online versus actual is so different. Back to the 80s. Smoke alarm covered so must have been smoked in. It is late and we are so tired. I will do my best to get the word out about this place. So disappointed.

This hotel was terrible. We checking in around 4pm and were checked out by 830pm. The building exterior is run down and very ugly. The lobby was ok but the staff was not very friendly. We had no issues checking in. We started off toward the elevator and realized the place is in poor condition. I side the elevator the floor is completely cracked. As we headed to our room, you could hear the other people’s conversations as we walked down. The hallway smelled like weed and feet. Our room was ok but felt dirty and creepy. We were worried to leave for dinner because we had a bad feeling that an employee would enter our room while we were out. We left anyway. Came back from dinner and decided to try out the pool. It’s an indoor pool and it is so dimly lit. The chairs near the pool were almost all cracked and broken. We headed back up to our room and decided we couldn’t sleep there. We booked another room and are so pleased with the new place.

There was only one way to enter the property which was kind of inconvenient. The staff barely spoke to anyone. The indoor pool area lacked lighting for swimming and the jacuzzi was out of order. The room was clean and ready for an extended stay (small kitchenette area) but the stove top didn't work. The breakfast served was good and the area was decent, would stay again.

Our sheets were dirty when we checked in. We told housekeeping twice and nothing was done. The front desk guy gave us 2 fitted sheets and thats it. We were also told 1 set of towels was enough for 4 people. We actually had to go buy our own towels just to take a shower. The indoor pool was filthy.

It's really the terrible. I booked a room with 4 beds for a total of 8 people. When I arrived, I was assigned a room with 1 bed. After requesting a change, I was changed to a room with 2 beds. It's really the worst. The bed had torn fabric and blankets. The facial tissue was empty. This accommodation is not maintained at all. And We didn't feel safe. Breakfast is also different from the picture. It was the worst accommodation in my 10 years of travel.

REFURBISHED ROOM SUCKED. Terrible construction. This place needs work in all areas
This hotel needs work. When we checked in (family of 7) they pit us in the wrong room. There was a single king bed and a couch in that room. Half the lights in the room Were not working. We went and fixed th issue with the roo. And were moved to the suite we had reserved. Again. Lights did not work. There was clear water damage in the room and stuff smeared on walls. This place needs a good deep clean and some fixing up. The staff was either clueless or fully rude. The breakfast was minimal at best.

When I checked in we weren't told anything about breakfast times. The sofa bed was dirty so we couldn't use it. They didn't have extra blankets so they let us have mattress pads. We were supposed to have 3 double beds and a sofa bed, but our room didn't have a 3rd bed. Breakfast the milk ran out and the person at the front desk told us we'd have to wait 30 minutes for the person to come take care of it, we never saw anyone. And there was no peanut butter, which we were looking for.
