“Best Hotel In New Mexico Downtown”

I'm really pleased with the hotel. One thing I would have change is the shuttle. Shuttle to the airpirt should have run earlier.

We stayed here last summer and returned this summer to the same great service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, even rescued a beach towel that had blown from our balcony to a balcony below us ! We will be back next summer.

I would rate this place as a 4 . It has all this things a more expensive hotel has expect the customer service is great!!!! Ask for Nick!!! nNice big large beds, rooms with a views..a heated pool..Oh Yea !!!!

“WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY”

GREAT HOTEL :NO COMPLAINTS HOTEL WAS SAFE ,CLEAN AND WITH A GREAT OVERLOOK OF ALBUQUERQUE. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE AREA AND WITH THINGS TO DO AND PLACES TO GO. MOST OF ALL THE HOTEL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND REALLY GREAT PEOPLE TO TALK TO. WHAT A GREAT VACATION THE STAY AT PLAZA INN WAS AWESOME AND MEMEMORABLE CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!.

My father had open heart surgery, I stayed here for 5 nights, the staff were so good to me. I just went back for pleasure... so relaxing. Have a great time... relax.

Plaza Inn employees were the greatest, very friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at the Plaza when we go back to Albuquerque.

The Plaza Inn is conveniently located close the the airport, UNM, downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean. The Free internet is definitely a plus. Breakfast could be a little better, but decent enough for what you are paying. If you are trying to save money while staying at a decent, comfortable place, this is the place to stay.

Great breakfast, afternoon snacks, and shuttle service to the convention center and restaurants. Overall, a very pleasent business experience.

“Best hotel for the money”

I was looking for something cheap and close to the convention center. The rooms are very nice (better than many other more expensive hotels I have stayed at), they have good wireless, plus they have a complimentary shuttle to anywhere within a three mile radius (includes downtown and convention center). The gym was good enough and I did not try the pool but others seemed to be enjoying it. The only downs I found were that the elevator smells and I had to keep getting new key cards because they would stop working after a day or so.
