When we stay in London we love to stay and eat in Mayfair but need to watch the budget. We love the Washington as it is a couple of hundred yards from Green Park tube, dead easy to get to, and is round the corner from our favourite and not expensive French restaurant. We just use the room as there are lots of nearby places for breakfast, drinks, coffees etc that are frankly a better option than the hotel (or indeed any hotel really). We got the room for £168 which is about our limit and well worth it for the experience of just being in the heart of Mayfair and such a good base for doing anything in London, and so easy to connect to the main stations we use.

This was a quick 4 night stay in London, our first time visiting. The hotel was perfectly situated, walking distance to pretty much everything! Lots of pubs and restaurants very close by in Soho and Covent Garden, very easy to get to Trifalger square and Leicester square.

From arriving to leaving our stay at the hotel was perfect. Great location, couldn't have been more pleased. The breakfast was lovely and our deluxe plus twin room was clean, spacious and very comfortable
We were thrilled with the location and surroundings, and the actual comfort of our room. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed the history of the area and the ease of using the underground to get us to places easily and cheaply. We had a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms and it was fabulous. Quiet and spacious. Internet in the room an added bonus.

This hotel was a gem of a find. We were travelling with our 5 year old and wanted to be close to Hamleys. We walked out of this hotel and were at Hamleys within 1 minute. Also such a good location to be close to Oxford Circus, Covent Gardens etc. The apartment itself was spotless with great amenities and extremely friendly staff. My only negative was that the rollaway bed is perfect for an infant but if you're an adult your practically on the floor and sleeping on the springs. Luckily for me my wife got the brunt of the rollaway as the little one wouldn't sleep but that did not ruin our stay by any stretch. I would stay again without any hesitation.
