the staff are very friendly and ready to help to help with any information or help you need.we were able to book a taxi with them late night at our arrive at the airport.,,and the room looked fantastic.Is just like a very nice posh house of a friend!Very good details of clean and comfort.

Exceptionally welcoming family run hotel which prides itself on long serving and loyal staff.
Very helpful in pointing out facilities in the town and transport links to Treviso and Venice.
Nothing to much trouble to ensure that your staff is comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was clean.There was a charge of 4 euro for brealfast but i thought it was good value.Although away from treviso centre there is a very frequent bus service that stop right beside the hotel.
Lovely clean and modern hotel. !0 minute walk to the 'old' town or catch a bus from right outside the Hotel. Hotel has bikes for hire very cheaply and ideal to get about. Lovely breakfasts and the staff were so helpful and had a brilliant knowledge of English and couldn't do enough for you. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Hotel to anybody
Franco, family and staff are some of the most gracious and helpful. Free airport pickup from Treviso and next morning transport to the train station was the greatest service they could provide for us. Other hotels indicated they would do the same, but upon calling, they would either charge a large fee, or else hotel pick up would only be from Marco Polo and not Treviso. Airport pickup and next morning transport to the train station puts this hotel at the top of my Venice area hotel list. Plus, on the way to the station, they even stopped at the shop to help us buy our train ticket. Such superb service is rare and certainly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough to eat and drink. By American standards, I would have preferred a cooler room, but temperatures were fine and this would not deter me from staying there again. In fact, when I return to this area, this will be the first hotel where I will want to book a room. Thanks so much for making my trip less stressful and so enjoyable.
Enzo from the property was great from the moment we booked the hotel. He emailed before our arrival to let us know what to expect. We also arrived after the front desk closed. So Enzo contacted us with the information to get into our room after hours. He also posted a note, which he took the time to professionally write and print out on their computer and attached on the front door with information so we were sure to get into our room with no issues. Once in our room he had a packet of information and instructions waiting for us on how to check out and things to do in the area. This was the most seamless checkin after hours I have ever experienced! He made us feel right at home! The room was all made up for our family of 5. It was clean and comfortable and had everything one would need at a hotel. Top notch service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
