The staff was very hospitable. The hote room was fine. The food and drink tasted a little bit off. I'm not sure why This is my second time being at a resort in the Dominican Republic and the food and drinks didn't taste that way before. There were also a lot of ants on my balcony and in my room by where the mini fridge was. Lastly the room seemed to have some whitewash over of molc or black spots from previous times. My stay was from Sep 17th-Sep 20th

The Staff was amazing, the vibe since the 1st min of arrival!!

Food: not good, Transportation: not good. Long wait times for the train.

I had such a great experience staying here! The resort was very clean, well-managed, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff greeted us at the entrance and even took our luggage up to our room, which was a great first impression. The maids were fantastic and did an amazing job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and engaging. The restaurants were honestly a 10/10! The food was delicious, and the waiters and cooks were very interactive and made the dining experience even better. You could really tell that the staff cared about making sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable all-inclusive experience!

We had a great stay at Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana! The resort has a beautiful, modern aesthetic, and the rooms feel fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. For a newer property, the overall look and feel are impressive. One of the best parts of the resort was how peaceful and relaxing it felt. There were not many people during our stay, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the property without feeling crowded. One downside was that the resort occasionally smelled like seaweed, especially in certain outdoor areas. What truly made our stay special were the hardworking people of the Dominican Republic. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always worked hard to ensure guests felt well taken care of. A special shoutout to Ramon at the pool bar for making some of the best drinks we had during our stay! The ladies at the Wellness Bar were absolutely wonderful, and their smoothies were so refreshing. The ladies at Coco Café also deserve recognition for their warm, friendly service. They made every visit feel special. Since the buffet was not yet open during our stay, breakfast and lunch options were limited. However, the other restaurants were good and offered plenty of variety. I’m sure the dining experience will be even better once the buffet is fully operational. Overall, the beautiful property, peaceful atmosphere, and especially the warmth and hospitality of the staff made our stay memorable. 🇩🇴
