The receptionist that welcomed us was awesome. Hotel is romantic and super cosy with the interior garden and terrace in front of the room. There was an issue with the kitchen so they took us to the place next doors for a wonderful breakfast paid by them. Very nice of the hotel. This can happen but the efficient and friendly way to solve the issue is much appreciated. Will come back next time we are here. Regards, Annelies

We booked here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and the relaxing atmosphere was exactly what we needed - the hotel was quiet, the staff was attentive, and the location was perfect… close to a gym, pool, mini market, bars, and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful. The garden, the pool, the lobby and the rooftop were stunning. Marina Cap Cana is a great area to stay. Booked a courtyard room but the room in the photos on Expedia was not available. Personally the courtyard room that was offered I don’t think is good value for money as the courtyard is not very private in my experience. My experience was met with defensive and passive aggressive behaviour from a member of the hotel staff which was upsetting. The member of staff did apologise when I raised my concerns about the manner in which I was spoken to. Despite this the staff were kind and very helpful and I did enjoy my stay. I appreciated the use of the adapter and the recommendations for the local area.

Beautiful location on the marina with excellent restaurants close by . Lovely boutique property with private gardens and plunge pool with unique art . My husband and I stayed here for his 40th birthday. The hotel is an absolutely stunning boutique that reminds me of a Marrakesh retreat with the decor. The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Being located within the Cap Cana resort gave security and allowed us to explore the neighbouring pools and restaurants. Our room was a little disappointing considering the 5* ratings - very shabby chic and could use an upgrade and more attention to fixtures. The carpet and mirror was stained and the bathroom flooded after every shower. The blind in the bathroom didn't cover the entire window therefore passing guests and cleaners can see into the room from outside which was uncomfortable at times. I'd also made it aware that we were celebrating a special birthday but sadly there were no additions made to our stay. The rooftop bar area wasn't open during our visit which we would have enjoyed as the view of the marina was stunning. The breakfast options were delicious especially the traditional mangu dish. The hotel was a beautiful gem but considering the price we paid, it unfortunately did not meet our expectations.
