Loved this hotel.. BUT when you get to the airport go to the “water taxi” lane and take a boat directly to the hotel which is located on a a canal and has a launch. The water taxi is $180e but well worth the direct trip…. Great area. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice location, wonderful to walk from the hotel to the Arno riverside. Most places of interest are in vicinity in walking distance.
Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms are very quiet, after visiting Rome, the silence was profound! Facility may need some attention though.
Liked the breakfast.
