Very nice room and friendly staff, many choice for breakfast

Wonderful for a family vacation! Way Better than expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water activities at the lake were amazing! Mahdi and his friend were great and took us over the lake and showed us Lugano with multiple spots. Will do it again next year hopefully.

A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to Walter, the concierge, who was fantastic. He was able to secure reservations at several popular restaurants and made our trip so much easier. His service was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel needs updating. Decor and furniture are outdated. There was no hot water in the shower. No USB ports but adapter was provided after requesting one. Curtains are sheer so the sunlight streams through which made sleeping challenging.
