One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff, location, accommodations, and food were amazing.

This hotel has RUINED our standards. It was our first stop on our Dolomites roadtrip and made the other hotels we stopped at ridiculously less nice. This place is so clean, location can’t get any better, the service is great, the spa is insane, the halfboard/restaurant is delicious and worth it. They think about the details that other hotels don’t think about like cleaning windows, giving snacks with drinks, offering umbrellas, complimentary processo, live music, parking your car for you, offering the cutest little frame as a souvenir - basically, we are now spoiled and every other hotel will never compare. One tiny little thing they could improve on - some of our food (whether ordered on the menu or at the buffet) was cold or very room temperature, not something you want from pasta carbonara or scrambled eggs, for example.
