(181 reviews) We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next door which was handy. Despite a few minor things I’ve still given it 5 stars as I would definitely stay there again and hope to next year. (650 reviews) The hotel worked great for two older guy friends skiing for a week. The thumbs up go to the excellent location, good clean rooms (very clean), helpful staff and convenience of an attached ski shop. The buffet breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. If you really care about a pool, sauna or hot tub this isn't the best choice. The spa area is small, and includes a steam room, pool and a two person home style hot tub with luke warm water. You have to book time to visit the spa area in advance because of its small size. Again, the hotel worked really well for us and we liked it, but had the spa area been better we would have been much happier. I suggest they dump the hot tub and install in a sauna. That would turn a negative into a positive even if it's a relatively small sauna. Just a thought as we do like the hotel, and it's only needing the spa to be upgraded to be much better. (1,002 reviews) Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire. All included and free to use between 10am and 9pm. No kids after 3pm. Great experience, we’ll be back.
