The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World. This is a tiny hotel, about 12-15 suites in total, and you feel welcomed and well taken care of. Rome is not small, so depending on your interests this may not be the best location, but it’s 10 minute walk to forum, 20 minutes walk to Colosseum, 45 minutes walk to Vatican museum.
