One of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Venice. The location was great for us - within 10 mins walk to a water bus stop from the airport, stone throw from cafes restaurants and gelatos, quiet and comfortable room and most of all - friendly and helpful hotel staff! Highly recommend.

Great experience! No issues noted! AC worked well during our stay! Very clean and beautiful rooms

Room was very hot and entire stay and hvac was not working for our room. I went to front desk multiple times and asked for a different room. A fan was sent up and it did little to help. No one from maintenance was sent and switch was made for the room. The desk clerk would read the room temp from the control system from the front desk and would give a bogus temperature like 23C which is 73 F and it was way hotter. As a final insult on check out I asked what the temp in room showed and she asked if a window was open. A bathroom window was unlatched but not open and that supposedly turns off the AC. Wouldn't that have been worth mentioning two days before. Hated It

Great location, quiet neighborhood, amazing breakfast. Staff was super friendly, helping out with recommendations on local restaurants. Location was also convenient for the on and off water bus. Will be staying again when we are in town.
