The room was beautiful. The stuff was nice and helpful. The breakfast didn't have healthy options or options for dietary restrictions. The bathtub did not have a plug for some reason. Overall ok for a few days.

The breakfast was great and the lady served us breakfast with big love and care. We had a strike going and she advised us to use the other site of the island for the transport to the Venice area. She was a great help.

"N coffee maker in the room. Air conditioner turned off by cleaning staff or automatically turned off mid day and room pretty hot when returning at night. Staff was lovely and helpful!"

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants ..."
