"Genuinely surprised at how nice this hotel was. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea making facilities and Dove products in the bathroom. The excellent air conditioning was very much appreciated during the heatwave."

I had forgotten to print something off at home and the lovely girl on reception told me she would print it for me if i emailed it over. Saved my bacon. Would definitely stay again "

"The hotel was fabulous. We were immediately given an upgrade, as somone had been smoking in our allocated room. Biggest disappintment was that free hotel transfer to airport didnt start early enough for us, and wouldnt be running to bring to hotel , those on late flights. We ordered a taxi via hotel to take us to airport for early flight and taxi was 1/ 2 late. "
