Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

A wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Perfect location for shopping and eating and access to transport.

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Everything one would expect, only there for two nights but would not stay anywhere else.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet cul-de-sac boutique hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and the common areas are wonderfully homey in a grand home kind of way. The service is outstanding, with a handwritten note welcoming you into the room. And we loved the library...Our only disappointment was how small the well-appointed room was - even for London standards -- definitely single file walking round the bed; the bathroom was nearly as big as the room and contained every comfort known...

Love staying at this hotel, the staff are always so helpful and friendly right from the point you arrive to the housekeeping crew.
