"Centrally located. Room clean. Hotel quiet and staff is pleasant."

"Hotel was perfect for our overnight visit to the City. Quick walk to the Broadway (#1/ Red) subway downtown line to have dinner at Times Square and see a show. (Look for the Banksy mural ("Hammer Boy") on the walk from the hotel to the subway too!) Also a quick walk up the street to go to the Museum of Natural History/ Central Park. (Note:There's an umbrella in the room if you forget yours.) Breakfast place on site, but also a lot of great options nearby. Staff was wonderful with a quick check in. We weren't aware of the fact that the hotel had a partnership with a parking lot a couple of streets away (iPark on 143rd West and 83rd St). We parked at the garage across the street (pricey and tight) and were running late so we didn't move our car. Highly recommend- would stay there again!"

"Absolutely absurdly small and dark room advertised as being suitable for 3 people. There was nowhere to place a suitcase, no bed side table, no chair at the desk, no hooks anywhere to hang a towel. We were climbing over each other. We stayed one night and checked out early to stay elsewhere. Staff at breakfast were friendly but we had to get out of there. "

"The hotel is very centrally located and the staff are very nice, helpful and great. We asked for a small fridge, which they provided for free, but it don’t really work. We didn’t ask them to fix it, we just then used cooler bags and ice. The restaurant downstairs - Rosa Mexicano - has very tasty food but isn’t very accommodating to kids during mealtime rushes."

"Great location if You’re on a touristy swing. The bar and restaurant are super popular for HH so plan accordingly and reserve. Really cute and spacious rooms"
