"Waited in line for a little over 2 hours to check in. Room didn’t have an iron. Called the front desk, but no one ever came to bring us one. Had to borrow one from the room next door. "The room was really spacious, the bathroom was clean, overall the whole room was clean. The only thing that was upsetting was when we tried to contact the office for extra towels and absolutely no one answered front desk. But other than that, it was a very nice room. "Suite was upgraded....I suspect because they knew in advance that the concert we were there to see would be cancelled. Don't know that for sure. But, I am nobody special and don't usually receive upgrades just because.
