"We have stayed at Bay Landing multiple times and always book a room there when attending a Giants Baseball game. We catch the CalTrain nearby and relax. This hotel is quiet (you would never think you’re next to an airport), clean, has spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and available views of the water. I appreciate real coffee cups and real glass for drinking water. We have enjoyed a lovely real breakfast with delicious omelettes, muffins, or waffles. Microwave and refrigerators are handy to have. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the friendly staff!"

"The location is amazing. There are lots of spaces for kids to hang out like an area play pool area to play cards. There is hot coffee in the morning waiting. No coffee in the rooms. Both of our rooms had small refrigerators, which were helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable Are the highlight was the outdoor pool. It sits in an area where you can get direct California sunlight. A rarity in San Francisco. Hotel was extremely accommodating to a few of my requests. Highly recommend."

"The room is big compared to other older Sf hotels . New shower heads , great pressure and warm all the time . The vibe is nice. Nob hill is an actuall hill people. I decided to walk and its upwards completely so please take public transport or drive . The deposit is 150 not 100 $ Water/tea /ice all available only downstairs .So buy drinks and snacks for the room to avoid going down all night There are no physical room keys . Keys and codes are available on through phone link . The doors lock at 10pm . So make sure you leave the room with a charged phone or you are not getting in . Well staff is avail 24/7 but still. Walking down hill at night is a walk straight into the Tenderloin the sf version of Skid Row BUT its generally safe to wander . Generally . The walls are thin guys . You can hear your neighbors on phone calls or entering but its not completely bothersome . Youre a tourist go outside, youll be fine . Gave me back my deposit the same day . Thank you found hotel for a great experience . I will be back ! Lastly, you can park on the street over night . They dont charge the meters from 6pm-9pm unless stated pay attention to the signs . Our car didnt get broken in . "

"The page for this hotel said there was an airport shuttle. That is false! And it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. We ended up with a $65 cab ride plus tip to get there. They do have a car/driver to take you to the cruise port, but a cab is less expensive. Gotta fix that airport shuttle thing on the hotels.com site."
