The hotel was pretty good.
However, the lady at the front desk had an attitude of insult and arrogance. She probably deals with a lot of tourists and does not like to talk to tourists the whole day. She seemed quite angry during the whole time we talked for whatever reason. We requested a room with the bay view, to which she would not even try to respond. She continued her thing on the screen and then handed the keys saying that there were already too many people in the hotel, so she gave whatever room was available.
The hotel does not look anything like the pictures. It is about 10 stories and quite average.
The rooms were smaller than most hotels. Close by was Hilton, which offers much better accomodations for just a few extra bucks. The TV was quite old and did not work properly. The remote had old batteries and needed to be pressed quite hard to get any reactions out of it.
I did like that they tried to maintain social distancing by adding some facilities like sensors for opening doors.
Overall, I was not pleased with this hotel at all and would not recommend it to anyone.
