Travelled with family
Central location but expensive parking (not included in the room rate). Not very family friendly; rooms are dated and small. Walls between rooms are so thin that trying to have a tranquil rest after a hectic day around the city may be frustrating. After complaining twice due to the high levels of noise and a security visit to our next door guests, we were finally able to sleep past midnight. To top things off, due to an out of order elevator, there was a constant delay, which made COVID restrictions totally useless as fewer people would wear face masks even while riding the crowded elevators. All in all, not quite as relaxing experience as we had hoped for. Fortunately, we were able to check out the next morning despite the fact that we had booked two nights in advance (no-refundable rate), without having to pay for the additional night.

I asked for a baby crib and they only had a baby play pen that was super gross and dirty with stains, I’m glad I got 2 double beds because we decided to use that instead & it took us forever to get an elevator. When it would arrive on our floor it was always packed.

The elevators are horrible . You waiting time could be 5 minutes and more . The women sighs in the night around rooms are pretty good for whom loved erotic movie . The room insolation is very bad . You can hear any sound from your neighbors

Lack pf service. The rugs were dirty and with lots of Wrinkles, the hotel must to gave been good at one point in time. But it is in true need of remodeling. Not a Restaurant on the facility. Not a swimming pool. The price is good but once they add so much taxes and Wifi, and parking, etc. People end up paying a lot. I know San Francisco is expensive but similar hotels can be found for much less with Parking and Wifi included. Definitevely it was an experience not yo repeat anymore.
