The restaurant was excellent. We ate breakfast there twice and each time was great! There is no casinos gambling in the hotel which turned out to be a plus. It created a sophisticated, quiet atmosphere and the hotel is less than a block off the strip. The mall is right across the street so it could not be more convenient for shopping and eating.

The bed was a disaster, with blood-drop stains, Asked for a feather-free room, but feathers were everywhere. Asked for kitchen supplies (plates, cups, etc..) nothing happened. Took three hours to remake the bed, 3.5 hours to get kitchen supplies. Asked multiple times via calls to the front desk/housekeeping. Finally had to talk to the manager, who did right by us. But can that act really compensate for a bad start to a hotel stay? Have had the privilege to stay here before and was quite impressed to go back and actually requested the same room. Not sure this experience will prompt a third stay.

You really can't ask for more at this price point. The property is located a little off the Strip, which comes with both pros and cons—it offers a quieter atmosphere but is slightly less convenient for accessing the main attractions. While the hotel doesn't provide complimentary breakfast, it does have an on-site restaurant that serves good food. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Kudos to the management. Will visit soon again.

Everything was beautiful and well kept and the staff is always so kind and helpful. The stove top worked only once; the morning of check out it didn't work which is frustrating when you're leaving to get on the road. The pool was closed the night we could use it and we weren't offered the 20% of dining during our check in. Very first world problems; we will still stay again.
