"We stayed at this property 1/18/22 -1/20/22. Beautiful hotel. It has a very homey feel to it. Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is very nice. The restaurant and bar overlook the pool. The breakfast menu at the Tin Cup Chalice is delicious. The lunch and dinner menu is mediocre with not a lot of variety. The bartenders and servers are terrific. Stephanie was our server in the pool area and she was delightful! Super friendly and quick service. My only real complaint is an odd one. Every chair in this hotel is uncomfortable. Every single one. The chairs in our room and on our balcony are so low to the ground and are awkward to sit down on and difficult to get out of. The barstools do not swivel and are very heavy to maneuver in and out of. The chairs in the restaurant are extremely uncomfortable. Thick woven plastic straps attached to wood/rattan. Unpleasant to sit in. Also wish they had coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. The rooms don’t come with coffeemakers. I’m not a traditional sleeper and when I called the front desk to ask about getting coffee, the woman replied, “Ma’am, it’s 2:00 a.m.”. That was a bit off putting to me. Overall, a great experience. We would return."
