"The hotel is very beautiful!!!! When we were checking in we were upgraded to a suite free of charge because we were celebrating a special occasion. The staff wished us a happy anniversary and we received a glass of wine right at the check in counter! Once we got to our room we were greeted with a whole bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a personalized card from the concierge, and a breathtaking view of the bay. This hotel and its employees are a 10/10 definitely would recommend! Nice, clean, friendly, and the amenities were awesome. Whenever I come visit Miami again, this is the ONLY hotel I’ll be staying in"
