My family and I just stayed over for one night but it was a nice experience from the greeting by the door to the front desk staff all excellent I must say from my observation according to the room you are in there can be some breath taking views.so overall I was please.
I do think however a big hotel like that should be able to have transfers from the airport and the cruise ship port because it is listed as one of the hotels recommend for a stay over before a cruise and its only a short distance away.
you see the simple things for a citizen of the USA can be a major problem for an international person how may not know there way around.
Front Desk Staff are very friendly and helpful.Valet parking guys are also very friendly.Only the lady from the breakfast is a little bit rude.....when you say 'HI' she never say anything and never give you a smile.When you ask anything she will give you a very bad look
Great location on Brickell Ave, the clean, modern look of Conrad was very refreshing. A bit odd arrangement with the front desk on 25th floor and rooms below that (you have to take two elevators), but still a very nice hotel.
