CitizenM is a very unique boutique hotel art everywhere I always enjoy my stay at Citizen M You have an iPad next to the very very comfortable King size bed The iPad controls the TV lights A/C I didn’t have time for breakfast but it’s delicious The staff was very helpful Citizen M is centrally located on Lincoln Road all the shops in restaurants it’s a pedestrian street

CitizenM South Beach is a DREAM FIND amidst all of the hotels and motels on Miami Beach. Situated at the end of Lincoln Rd on Alton Road a block from the bay, CitizenM is an all in one gem with roof top pool, amazingly quant and intimate modern rooms, great food offerings in the in house restaurant and a professional staff that is unmatched in all of my years traveling to South Beach. Im really sorry I could not stay longer as the vibe of the hotel and its numerous workspaces made my work trip super pleasant and effective. I am looking forward to staying here in the future as CitizenM will more than likely become my go-to hotel when conducting business in South Beach.

I loved the room. The sheets didn't smell fresh but everything else was great. It was quiet. All the staff were wonderful. The pool was great but the pool bar was closed the majority of the week. The downstairs bar and restaurant was great. The location was perfect and there were so many great shops and restaurants to walk to. I would definitely stay there again.
