"Beautiful property the hotel has some wear and tear but the staff was top notch. The beach front room has amazing views and the heated pool alone was worth the stay never mind the beach access with your own lounger, table and umbrella. Ample staff around to take drink and food orders and walkable to restaurants. Only drawback was parking Valet only at 50.00 daily on top of the resort fee. Not having easy access to our vehicle is a change and was something we didn't care for. "

"This property was exceptional! And the staff was so accommodating easy going! I really appreciated that it was right in the beach, had two pools, and bars that included a really fun mermaid show. We walked down the street to the right and found restaurants and a fun affordable Queen cruise. My daughter was there for a volleyball tournament and the whole team came over and we played beach volleyball right next to the property. It was a blast. The umbrella rentals are a must and pretty affordable. I was so happy with our whole experience! "

"I stayed at a CitizenM in NYC and had a great stay so I trusted the South Beach location. It did not disappoint! The aesthetic and smell of the common areas was just lovely! The hotel has so much charm and character. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and spotless, though tight for 2 people. Super comfy beds. Room technology was a plus. Quick uber ride to the beach. Good food options across the street. Will stay there again. "
