"Room was larger than expected. Free bkfst buffet was clean and good. Front desk personnel along with the breakfast crew were awesome keeping area clean and assisting people with the waffle makers. Convenient to shopping center with restaurants, target and walgreens."

"The staff who assisted us at the hotel reception were very kind and accommodated us in the best available room at the time, located on the first floor. The security personnel were very attentive, and when we needed to speak with the IT department to use our laptop, they provided quick and efficient assistance. We were very impressed with the service provided by the staff and would be happy to book at this hotel again. We also want to highlight that the pools were impeccably clean, which was a great plus during our stay."

"This place is amazing definitely recommend staying here with your significant other or family. Staff was very helpful and their willingness to accommodate you is over the top excellent. Clean throughout the entire resort. Pools were awesome, our room faced the lake which was awesome to wake up to it was breathtaking. Rooms were clean with the exception of hair in the bathroom Only one thing I had an issue with as we checked in Sara picked her knows the proceeds to check hues in I was disgusted with that. Other than that we will definitely be back. Book here you will not be disappointed."

"A Hyatt Regency adjacent to and inside the airport? Doesn’t get any better than that if your flight leaves at 6 am or arrives at midnight. Why drive 50 miles to the airport? We either stay the night before or on our arrival home if it’s late. We just work it out with our shuttle driver and don’t have to rush or find parking! Besides, this Hyatt Regency is a 7 out of 5! Always excellent service! McCoy’s still not quite what we expect but they’re trying! Lots of other restaurants available though!"
