"Great Spot, everything awesome "

"Breakfast was very unorganized- had to ask for items to be refilled - pools were great lazy river also very clean. Rooms were clean and very spacious, we had family room. Will go back - they just need to maybe have both sides open for breakfast instead of just one side. I had an incident with hot coffee and nothing was done except they handed me a report told me to fill out and hand to the front desk that someone would reach out to me. "

"Terrible check in process. VERY SLOW and then they didn’t even have a room ready for us 30 minutes after check in time. Had to wait 1 hour for a room. Beautiful pool. Only 1 option for dining but it was fine because there are restaurants close by. Bed is SUPER comfy. One bedroom suite was a very good size and had a full kitchen. Would stay here again for sure. "
