It has a private screened pool & is near Disney, Universal Studio's and many Golf courses. There's free Wi-Fi with 100meg internet access. It sleeps 10\. There's a free baby cot, hi-chair, stroller and baby-gym. Accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis. No house-keeping services are included. Our family owned villa is on Clear Creek, Woodridge, off US27 - only a mile drive to the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of US192\. It's less than 9 miles from Disney World and about 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The Woodridge local centre and near-by Cagan Crossing provides convenient services, post office, restaurants, diners, bars, shops and a Wal-Mart. A guest described our villa: ‘superb, on a quiet estate to get away from it all, but only one mile from the Highway 192 for everything you need.' It is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED and fanned throughout (except the games room) and has constant hot water. All linens and towels (except beach towels) are included. Pre & Post-Vacation cleaning and electricity is also included, - except for pool heating which is available as an optional extra. Our villa’s lounge has modern vaulted ceiling with 2 luxurious sofas. It has remote control 42' Digital Cable HDTV (with hundreds of all-digital cable channels including on-demand channels like Primetime), DVD player and CD/radio/tape hi-fi. The master bedroom has a Smart HDTV on which you can view your Netflix, VUDU, Vimeo, Pandora, Twitter, Picasa and Opera accounts, and programming. \-All to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment. An X-Box & games (inc Mincraft) are also provided to keep the 'children' amused. Large patio style doors lead out to the screened patio and pool area. The Dining Area has dining table and 6 chairs, with overhead lighting. The Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and has a King ('UK super-king') size bed, large dressing room, drawers, dressing table, bedside lights, Smart TV, digital cable, VCR, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and its own en-suite and very spacious bathroom with w/c, twin basin suite, mirrors, large shower and hairdryer. The second full bedroom has a queen size double bed, drawers, bedside light, digital cable SmartTV, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan, full length mirror and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the pool. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 all have twin beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, digital cable TV’s, ceiling fan, full length mirror and share bathrooms 2&3\. One twin room has a Mickey Mouse Disney theme and night-lite. A Greco travel-cot is included for the convenience of renters with babies or small toddlers. Bathroom 2 has w/c, wash suite with cupboards, bath with shower over, mirror, mirror cabinet and hairdryer. Bathroom 3 has w/c, wash suite with cupboards, mirror and mirror cabinet. The fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs, and is equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including cookware, cutlery, glasses, and plates/cups/mugs, pots and pans, a full size electric cooker, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, sink waste-disposal, and a huge 17 cu.ft. fridge-freezer with ice maker. An array of electrical accessories such as cordless electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, can-opener, blender, etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly. Breakfast area has table and four chairs. A high-chair is also provided. Our two car garage has been converted to a Games Room and includes; 7foot Pool/Billiards, 7foot Air Hockey, electronic darts, cable Smart TV, X-Box with games and Smart DVD player. Wi-Fi + Cable 300meg Hi-Speed internet is provided free for your use during your stay. Bring your tablet, laptop, or other Wi-Fi device and stay in touch with your email, social media etc., maybe even send home 'photos of yourselves lapping up the Florida sunshine and enjoying Disney! Our Wi-Fi network is security protected for your safety and you will be given the key with your other security information. The garage area also contains a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, airers, ironing board and iron. There is a fully screened, heatable 29'x15' swimming pool with overhead light. The patio area has 2 tables and 8 chairs together with 4 loungers and drinks tables. Pool toys, buckets & spades are provided for your enjoyment. A safety fence closes off the pool from the patio and house. The pool is recently re-surfaced and fitted with a hand-rail down the steps into the pool. Pool heating is a seasonally variable optional charge. We provide a charcoal BBQ for use by our guests free of charge, but only in strict compliance with our safety rules. A gas BBQ Grill is available at a one-off optional charge. There is digital cable television to all TV’s, and cordless telephone with Caller Display and Voicemail is installed which is available to guests without charge for local and US/Canadian long-distance calls . International calls may be made through the use of a credit card (via operator) or locally purchased phone card. The home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, well furnished and conveniently located. The garage had a pool table, couches plus an X-box and became a good hang-out for our family teenagers. We opted for pool heat, and so the pool was popular for everyone. There were ample baby supplies like pack & play, high chair and even an infant pool float. It had room for 3 generations (grandparents, parents, and 5 kids) to fit comfortably. The kids loved the pool and the game room in the garage. The toilet wasn't working properly when we arrived and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. When we had a few questions, they responded right away. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. The parks were all an easy drive. A few minor things I might change: the dining chairs were wobbly, a few so bad we didn't dare sit on them. The dryer takes about 2 hours to dry a load of towels but it does eventually get the job done and it is so nice to have a washer and dryer at the home. A few of the beds were noisy but even the squeaky ones were super comfortable. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. ##### kim d. The decor and furniture are outdated (looks from the 80s). Need to have an exterminator visit more often; however, the little pests were almost unnoticeable. The owner should convert one of the three children's bedrooms to house teenagers or adults. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was clean and not too deep, (from 3 to 6 feet). A 45-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. 30 minutes from Disney. Very close to restaurants and shopping. ##### Harry L. It is beautiful. I only slept in one bed but it was extremely comfortable. We are not use to this Florida heat so we sweated a lot. We were a family of 6 visiting all the parks. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids(12,10 &8) enjoyed the pool and games room. The house was big enough that poor gramma could get away and find a quiet space if needed! The pool was fantastic. The owners were great at responding to questions we had before we left home. The middle shower has issues. I understand that the game room is the garage but there is absolutely NO air flow there and that really sucked dead middle of summer so we didn’t play much. The vertical blinds kept falling and I repaired a few. The request for check out is extensive compared to most of all other places we have stayed and we travel often . Be prepared to wash your own sheets and attempt to make the beds and such before you check out at 10am on your last freaking day. The dishwasher was filled with mold and smelled awful. We never used it but I bought pods so you’re welcome. Also, since u are expected to was your own linens see for the next guest, be sure to buy laundry detergent because they do supply u with a normal sample pack. I was just shocked at the failed upkeep and having to be the maid since we paid a cleaning fee. Communication and response time and such from the hosts was superb though. ##### Whitney S. Stayed 11 nights in Jul 2025 Archival ### 8/10 Good #### Sean S. 3 Nov 2016 #### Great value & ideally located The property is ideally situated close to all the local amenities you could ever need but is still in a quiet end of the estate with no noise (except the unusually large birds that like to announce their arrival art 08:30 every day). There is everything that you could possibly need to make your stay a stress free one. Overall the property was in good order & is well maintained however the cleaners are not perhaps as thorough as they could be. This was evident from the layers of dust that required to be removed from most of the surfaces in the areas of the villa we used. We only used the master bedroom & en suite along with the living room, kitchen & the laundry facilities in the garage. These areas were thoroughly dusted by myself upon arrival & the light fittings in particular were given a good "going over". That said this was a matter that I think the owner should take up with the maintenance provider & did not in any way detract from us having a wonderful holiday. We did not go to any of the parks during our stay as we have been to them all several times & just wanted to relax & enjoy the sun (hurricane Matthew did try to put the damper on that but turned out to be no more than a little puff of wind in central Florida). The pool was just about warm enough to use but if I were to return at this time of year I would recommend that the pool heat be used as it took until lunchtime most days for the pool to be warm enough for us to venture in. ##### Sean S. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Entfernung zur Walt Disney World ist okay, Fahrzeit je nach Verkehrslage und Route 20-35 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und andere Sachen sind in der Nähe schnell zu finden. Genauso wie viele Essensmöglichkeiten von Fast Food bis Restaurants. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Für uns war das einzige Verbesserungswürdige, dass das Haus in einigen Bereichen ein wenig erneuert werden müsste, da einige Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. ##### Philip S. Lots of room for everybody (we were 7), full kitchen was appreciated especially the ice maker and great pool area. A few things are a bit out dated (blinds in particular) but nothing that we couldn’t deal with. The garage area was not used much except for laundry due to the high heat but the pool area was a good replacement.
