"The hotel was fantastic. Very close to everything and the subway is right around the corner. Staff was very friendly. The property is very clean. The only issue was my room was not made up the first day. I asked the desk to make sure housekeeping came by the next morning before I left for the day and they did. I had a wonderful stay!!! I will be back. "

"Staff is very friendly. Rooms are kept clean, housekeeping is every other day. But they do stop by everyday to ask if you need anything such as towels, sheets or any other amenities they offer (if you are in the room) at various hours. Breakfast was great but you need to get there early or all the seats will be taken. Waffles are the best. The only thing I didn’t like is that the front desk never do what I ask for. They always tell me “we will take care of it” like yes men but they never do; such as skip house keeping days, came in early and asked if they could call me back when the room is ready, if they could call a taxi. Then when you ask them what happened, they would apologize…."
