"Easy friendly check in . Our room was very clean , comfortable bed and pillows. The furniture is a little dated but comfortable . Erika at the concierge desk was most helpful and very friendly . She helped us numerous times with a smile and kind demeanor . Trinida who works on Sunday was also quite helpful and kind. The hotel is a great location to theater , dining and transportation . We had a Pleasant visit ."

"came in and there was a huge line to check in, was advised to come at 4PM, than was asked to do mobile checkin, which i did at 4PM, system said room can be within an hour, so agreed to 5PM, at 5PM, system showed checkin time 5:45PM, anyway decided to stand in the regular line (not the mobile check in), used the time to write a message on the app, and got a auto response that said "sorry for the delay, please write us a feedback"..., around 5:30PM (2.5 hours from 3PM the check in time), got in front of a staff member, and when I said this is so wrong, the staff member immediately said, he just check in people and if i want i can write to the management, as this is usual... Internet in the room is at a fee (i do not remember when last time was asked to pay for Internet), got 1 battle of shampoo for the entire 5 night stay... they never thought to bring another one... i checked out at 11AM sharp, and left the room at 11:10AM... in these 10 minutes was asked twice when I am leaving.... so 2.5hours delay in check in is OK, but 10 minutes checkout is not... i travel all the time and spend allot of time in hotels, never wrote a bad review... this is my first! horrible experience."

"Al momento de realizar la reserva a través de su plataforma, no se informó de manera clara ni visible la existencia de un cargo diario obligatorio ('Destination Fee') de aproximadamente $35 por noche, adicional al precio de la habitación. Esta falta de transparencia me impidió tomar una decisión informada al momento de reservar. Adicionalmente, al realizar el check-in, el personal del hotel me indicó que dicho monto de $35 diarios podría utilizarse íntegramente como crédito en consumo de alimentos y bebidas del establecimiento. Basándome en esa información, utilicé ese crédito en productos de comida del hotel. Sin embargo, al momento del check-out, me informaron que el crédito real para alimentos y bebidas era únicamente de $10 por día, no de $35 como me habían indicado. Esto representa dos problemas concretos: 1. Información incompleta en la plataforma de Expedia al momento de la reserva. 2. Información incorrecta proporcionada por el personal del hotel, que me llevó a tomar decisiones de gasto basadas en datos erróneos. En resumen, me cobraron 50 dolares mas por dia de lo que decía la reserva."

"Bath drain totally blocked it need 2 hours to put almost functional. Electrical Outlets damaged and hold in the drywalls. High Noise from other rooms. My from smell strong like urine. I booked 2 bed they gave us for 3 people 1 king size. Breakfast for $14 result 1 orange or apple 1 juice or soda and 1 bread or nothing else, it was delivery in a small counter like a tikect seller POS, woman taking a list and notes like a jail, people in line in the lobby beside check in and check out seems central station. Parking lot offered with announced fix rate daily, no matter what they charge $87 for 18 hours and hotel said they are different company. Hotel representative gave me $45 off by something as time sharing police and when I claim more matters they said $100 off but this bad attention and situation deserve be free no any money at all. Staff in the lobby show high stress and one of their leader all the time was upset while he was talking with other. New York is not New York any more. I will never return there and it is so sad, it was my preferred place to go and by far, and I have visited more than 100 times and most than any other place. I travel millions miles from Miami to Caracas mostly and I select go firts for one day or more to Manhattan a place that every one charge enough energy to feel grate. I miss that "

"The check in was lengthy. It was like he was searching for the worst room to put us in. Then as we moved in. We observed the following. The cabinet door to the dresser under the desk was unhinged. The door was hanging by 1 hinge. Could not use it to put away our toiletries etc. The sink had mold. It was clearly visible in the mirror. The shampoo and body wash bottles had mold behind it. The covers are oversized. It clearly was for a king bed and not a full sized bed. The office chair was very old. The leatherette was peeled off. Like they got the chair from the street corner and put it there for us. Terrible The standards of a Hilton property was not there. This was not encouraging."
