"The housekeeping staff was incredible-- I've never been to a hotel room that was as impeccable as this one. I had gotten a fairly cheap rate (last-minute booking) and had read the reviews about the cleanliness, but I didn't believe it until I saw it. Couldn't recommend it enough-- the staff was friendly, the location was ideal, and the rooms were spotless. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit."

"Room was small but clean, check in very easy and friendly. Free waters were nice. Wish there was space in fridge for more than mini bar items, as we had medications needing refrigeration. Cleaning staff was super nice and efficient. Elevators could be slow. Fantastic location. Some street noise but definitely manageable for location."

As we were checking in, the gentleman who was behind the desk noticed we had our young daughter with us and he ensured we had a higher floor with an amazing view of Times Square and also gave her a care package with a coloring book.
